What would it take to dismantle the perennial presence of ingrained misogynistic attitudes in the food service industry? Occurrences may be fewer, but are there solutions to ensure incidents are vanquished before they happen? An all-star panel of Seattle-area chefs will discuss this challenge and focus on positive outcomes in a frank and constructive conversation. To help owners and staff assume accountability, they will offer ideas to raise awareness, identify behaviors, create solutions, and share workable solutions to prevent and/or improve a toxic workplace.
