How spices bring regional expression to food in Turkey and Northern Africa.

The webinar will explore the food heritage and traditional dishes of North African and Turkish cultures and how regional spices give these foods their unique expression. You will also experience the unique character of how traditional recipes are prepared, the cultural role they play and their importance in health. To make these cultural traditions accessible, you will also learn how to use these spices in everyday cooking.
